Mrs. Rhonda Hall - Algebra

204.jpg

Mrs. Rhonda Hall grew up in Falls Church, Virginia. She moved to Wytheville in 1973 where she attended George Wythe High School. After graduation in 1978, she worked full time and married in 1980. After she and her husband began their family, she was a stay at home mom for 12 years.

After her son and daughter finished elementary school, she enrolled Wytheville Community College where she earned her associate’s degree. She then attended Radford University and earned her degree in Elementary Education. She began working in Galax City Public Schools in the fall of 1997 and continued her education by earning a Master’s Degree in Special Education from Old Dominion University in 2000. In 2003, Mrs. Hall achieved National Board Certification in Mild to Moderate Disabilities.

Mrs. Hall works in 6th and 7th grade classes and enjoys working with middle school students and co-teaching with the core subject teachers. She is also a co-sponsor of the Just Say No Club and likes the opportunity to work with the students outside of the classroom.
